⚓ One Nautical Mile Shipping Policy

At One Nautical Mile, every order is made especially for you. Because most of our products are printed or crafted on demand, your order takes a little longer to prepare than items sitting on a warehouse shelf—but we think it's worth the wait.

Our goal is to get your order safely from our crew to yours so you're ready for your next cruise, fishing trip, boating adventure, or gift-giving occasion.


⚓ Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it enters our production queue.

Because every item is made to order, production typically takes:

2–7 business days

Personalized or customized products may occasionally require additional production time during busy seasons.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Please note that placing multiple items in one order does not guarantee they will ship together. Since we work with multiple production partners, items may arrive in separate packages and on different days.


⚓ Shipping Estimates

After production is complete, estimated shipping times are:

🇺🇸 United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (where available): 2–4 business days

🇨🇦 Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

🌎 International

  • Standard Shipping: 10–30 business days

These estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather, holidays, and carrier delays.


⚓ Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


⚓ Shipping Delays

While we work hard to get every order out on time, shipping delays can occasionally happen due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • Peak holiday demand
  • Natural disasters
  • Supply chain disruptions

We appreciate your patience if your order experiences an unexpected delay.


⚓ Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, your order may be delayed, returned, or undeliverable.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately. If production has not yet started, we'll do our best to update your order.

Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

Customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address.


⚓ Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  1. Checking around your delivery location.
  2. Asking household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.
  3. Contacting the shipping carrier for additional delivery details.

If you're still unable to locate your order, please contact us and we'll gladly help investigate.


⚓ Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping packaging
  • A brief description of the damage

We'll work with our fulfillment partners to provide an appropriate resolution.


⚓ Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by your country's customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.


⚓ Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to many countries around the world.

However, due to shipping carrier limitations, customs regulations, or product restrictions, some products may not be available in certain locations.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we'll notify you promptly and issue a full refund for any unavailable items.

Production and shipping times are often longer during busy shopping seasons, including:

  • Cyber Monday
  • Christmas
  • Mother's Day
  • Father's Day
  • Valentine's Day

We encourage customers to place holiday orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
