🚢 Ordering

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because production begins quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible if your order hasn't entered production.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has started.


Can I personalize my order?

Absolutely!

Many of our products can be customized with names, dates, boat names, ports of call, special messages, and more.

Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order, as we print exactly what you submit.


I entered the wrong personalization. Can you fix it?

If production hasn't started, we'll do everything we can to update your order.

Once production begins, we may no longer be able to make changes.


📦 Shipping

How long will my order take?

Most orders are:

  • Produced within 2–7 business days

  • Delivered within 3–7 business days after shipping within the United States

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.


Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

We work with several trusted production partners.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately.

This is completely normal.


How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes!

We proudly ship to many countries around the world.

Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Eligible non-personalized products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Personalized and custom-made products are generally not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that!

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We'll work quickly to make things right.


What if I ordered the wrong size?

Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes selected during checkout.

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

If you have sizing questions before ordering, we're happy to help.

Are your shirts true to size?

Most of our apparel fits true to size, but sizing may vary slightly between brands.

Every product page includes a size chart to help you choose the best fit.


Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to display colors accurately.

However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and the printing process.


How should I wash my apparel?

For the longest life:

  • Turn garments inside out.

  • Machine wash cold.

  • Use mild detergent.

  • Do not bleach.

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry.

  • Avoid ironing directly on printed designs.

Following these care instructions helps keep your design looking great for years.

We accept the payment methods available at checkout, including major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options supported by Shopify.


Is my payment information secure?

Yes.
