3. How long will it take to receive my order? Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. You can track the status of your order using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

4. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to nautical enthusiasts worldwide. Please note that international shipping times may vary, and additional customs fees or duties may apply depending on your country's regulations.

5. What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from One Nautical Mile. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items to initiate a return or exchange.  There are no returns for personalized or customized products. 6. Can you customize products not found in your store? Most likely, contact us with the product(s) you are looking for and we will see if can source and design something really nautical for you.

7. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed? We strive to process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order (especially personalized and customized items), please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for changes.

8. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages? Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for a small additional fee. During the checkout process, you'll have the option to add gift wrapping and include a personalized message for your recipient.
