One Nautical Mile is an online store specializing in nautical, cruise, boating, travel, and related clothing, accessories, gifts, and personalized products.
Our store is powered by Shopify, and we work with third-party production and fulfillment partners, including Printify and ShineOn, to manufacture and fulfill certain products.
Because we operate using print-on-demand and made-to-order production, many products are created specifically after an order is placed.
2. Eligibility to Use Our Store
By using our website or placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction or are using the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.
3. Products & Services
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately.
However, actual products may vary slightly from photographs or digital mockups due to factors such as:

- Updates made by manufacturers or suppliers
Minor differences between a digital product image or mockup and the finished physical product are not necessarily considered defects.

4. Print-on-Demand Products
Many One Nautical Mile products are produced using a print-on-demand model.
This means your product may not be manufactured until after your order is placed.
Products may be printed, engraved, assembled, personalized, packaged, and shipped by third-party production and fulfillment partners.
Production and shipping locations may vary depending on the product, destination, availability, and fulfillment provider.
5. Personalized & Customized Products
We offer products that may allow you to submit names, dates, messages, photographs, designs, or other personalization information.
You are responsible for reviewing all personalization information carefully before submitting your order.
This includes:
- Names
- Spelling
- Dates
- Numbers
- Messages
- Sizes
- Colors
- Images
- Design selections
- Other customization details
Products manufactured correctly using the information submitted with your order generally will not be considered defective because the customer submitted incorrect personalization information.

6. Customer-Submitted Content
If you submit photographs, text, names, graphics, artwork, logos, designs, or other materials for use on a personalized product, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permission to use and submit that material.
You agree not to submit content that:
- Infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Violates another person's privacy or publicity rights
- Is unlawful
- Is fraudulent or misleading
- Contains malicious software or code
- Is otherwise prohibited by applicable law
You grant us and our production and fulfillment partners the limited permission necessary to use the submitted material to process, manufacture, fulfill, and deliver your order.
This permission does not transfer ownership of your original content to us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order containing customer-submitted material that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Product Sizing
Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable sizing information before purchasing clothing or other size-dependent products.
Sizing may vary between manufacturers, styles, and products.
Please review the size chart provided on the applicable product page rather than relying solely on the size you normally purchase from another brand.
Selecting an incorrect size does not necessarily qualify a made-to-order or personalized product for a free replacement or refund.

8. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed, we will issue an appropriate refund for the cancelled portion of the order.

Personalized or customized products that have already entered production may not be eligible for cancellation.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, promotional, or other errors where permitted by applicable law.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other fees may be added during checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
Payments are processed through Shopify and/or available third-party payment providers.
11. Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, One Nautical Mile may offer:

Promotions may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, geographic restrictions, or other conditions.

12. Shipping & Delivery
Our typical production time is approximately 1–3 business days, followed by approximately 3–5 business days for standard delivery.
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, holidays, customs, production issues, peak demand, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers purchasing products for cruises, vacations, birthdays, holidays, weddings, or other time-sensitive events should order as early as possible.

13. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Eligible non-personalized products may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
We currently provide a 30-day return period for eligible regular, non-personalized items.
Because personalized and customized products are made specifically for an individual customer, they generally do not qualify for standard returns or exchanges.
