Replacement & Refund Policy

We are a family based business catering to families so we want every customer at One Nautical Mile to be happy and satisfied about their purchase.  If something doesn’t look or feel right, please email us here and we’ll make it right! 

Also, please be informed that placing an order means that you accept all the terms mentioned below.


If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us and provide your order number and the modification or cancellation you would like to apply. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 2 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or edited.

Please be informed that:

  • Personalized Orders are entered for processing 2 hours after order has been placed. Please double check all details before completing the order.
  • Please note that once personalized orders have been processed, there are no refunds since these are made to order
  • For modification requests in the holiday season, orders may reach you a little longer than usual. However, it is rare because we always try to complete the changes immediately.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above.


This applies to packages with no movement for more than 3 weeks or exceeding our estimated time of arrival (ETA). If there is no problem, on our end, with the shipping address, you will receive a FREE replacement in a timely manner.

We will take full responsibility within 45 days from the order's arrival, if the product(s)

  • Have been damaged, faulty or designed incorrectly
  • Is/Are not what you ordered

You may choose to REPLACE the item or get a REFUND. We're human and mistakes do happen so let us know and we will make it right.


In some cases a replacement can be sent with just a small fee compared to the original price:

1. You received the wrong item/design/size due to the customer's error.

2. The shipping address was incorrect due to customer error.
